Broomfield Chamber Trade Fair
When: Saturday, September 21, 2013 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Where: North Midway Park, Broomfield
The Biggest Community Event of the Year with Over 25,000 Attendees!
Trade Fair booth space is limited to 90 exhibitors.
Booth rental fees include a 10’x10’ space. Electricity is available in the TURQUOISE AREA ONLY. There is an additional cost of $65 ($100 for non-members) and no electrical cords are provided.
The MANDATORY Broomfield Days Information Briefing will be held Wednesday, August 21st at 9:00am at the Broomfield Auditorium, 3 Community Park Road, Broomfield 80020. It is very important that a representative from each booth attend this meeting. This is the time to gather information and ask questions!
Zero Waste – Broomfield Days will be 100% Zero Waste as required by the City and County of Broomfield. All participants are required to comply and sign an agreement to this effect. Information is available online and signed along with your booth application.
Sponsorships - Sponsors receive a booth, event recognition, and promotion on all marketing materals. For details, see the Space Application Form. Call the Chamber today to take advantage of this great marketing opportunity for your business and secure a premium booth location!
Registrations must be received by Friday, May 17th, 4:00 p.m. in the Broomfield Chamber office to be included in the lottery drawing for booth location. Drawing will be held Thursday, May 23rd. Applications will be taken for the remaining booths beginning Friday, May 24th through Friday, August 30th at an increased rate. Booth sales will be opened up to non-Chamber members July 1st, for an additional fee (deadline to submit application is Friday, August 30th).
